Dear Fellow MAESP/NAESP Member,

As a member of the elementary school principals' professional associations, you are a part of Maryland's and the Nation's greatest advocacy forces for public education, the parents and children they serve and the leaders that direct their schools. Your membership helps to illustrate to legislative leaders in Washington and Annapolis, School Board members both locally and at the state level, that elementary principals truly are committed to the success of their schools, and the people who are impacted by them.

As the Executive Director I work with the President to coordinate membership activities and raise the involvement and influence of elementary principals throughout our state. Throughout the year MAESP members and I serve on numerous statewide committees, task forces, coalitions, commissions, legislative work groups, etc. Certainly the association has never enjoyed greater visibility in education around Maryland.

Again I congratulate you for being a member of YOUR PROFESSIONAL ASSOCIATIONS and hope that you will contact me if you need anything or wish to take a more active role in the association.
